The process was very easy from start to finish. They kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle throughout the process. I was able to use a rental vehicle of theirs and got on my way to work within a very quick amount of time! I received updates as to the progress of the repairs. My vehicle came back to me looking better than when I left it, with a car wash and detailing of the inside. I'm very pleased with KB Bodyshop and will refer friends and family to them in the future.
