Car looks good from what I can tell. Communication and front office expierence was impressive. We stayed in contact through text updates and one on one calls throughout which was more than I expected. If I can provide any constructive feedback and it is just that constructive, the exterior of the vehicle could have been cleaned better. Straight up it was dirty and an extra 10-15 minutes in cleaning and wiping down streaks and the area that was repaired would have made the expierence 100% satisfying. I am a repeat customer (unfortunately) and will come back. Your shop and technicians do good work and I would and do recommend your shop. I have one concern at the moments which is marks on the back deck lid graphics. I am hoping they will come off when cleaned correctly but it wasn’t and I haven’t had time Today with working to do it myself. I do know the marks arent gouged and just surface dirt but they did not not wipe off with a light touch of the hand. I know I am **** and have worked In The industry a life time ago so I think my expectations are a little higher in addition to the type of vehicle I own. None the less I can’t tell where the deck lid was repaired and the replaced bumper skin looks good so I am overall satisfied. Please use my reply as constructive as I have been in the past and still impressed with your work.

We were completely satisfied with the service they provided. The entire experience was so much easier than we expected. The car loaner was brought to us when we dropped our car off. We were given a time of 8 days to complete the repair, but surprising it was completed in just 2 days! Michelle and Steve were very pleasant to work with and kept us updated, as well as the texts we received. Weekend definitely recommend Bill Worrell's Auto Body to anyone who needs work done.
