When they called me to pick up the van I drove it about 10 seconds before I noticed it had a deep grinding sound when I made a left turn. When the wheel was turned left to right and right to left, there was a loud pinging noise. And the experts were telling me my van was fixed? So they kept it another day. I picked it up, but now the car alarm is nonfunctional. Mike's contacted the dealer and I have to take it into the dealer, have them mess around with it for a few hours, then they will bill Mikes collision. They guy at Mikes told me this happened because the car battery was disconnected for a prolonged period. So now I have to set up a dealer appointment, figure out child care, and waste more time. I'm glad Mikes is paying for it, but come on! I've lost all faith in that company and will avoid it in the future.

Work on rear was not done but Matt will follow up on that. Top of jeep appears to have residue from sanding but it should come off in the rain. Left rear signal assembly was not reinstalled properly (signal not working). You guys can look at the signal when you take the jeep back for the hatch. Work on left side looks nice.
