Matt, Joel and Christy (spelling) are always a pleasure to work with. And, Mike ain't chopped liver. Mike's Collision Center is by far the very best repair facility I have ever had experience with. If my car needed body/paint work and I was within 250 miles of Bloomington Normal, I would take it to Mike's Collision Center. The repairs always exceed my expectations. And, my car is cleaner than clean inside and out when I pick it up. The icing on the cake is the coffee, the mints and the willingness of Christy to turn her head when I steal a pen or two. By the way, I love the way the pen's write!

2. You kept us updated as you were repairing the car and gave us a completion date.
3. The receptionist and other staff members were always friendly.
4. When we came to get the car the staff member who took care of us, driving the car to the door and offering to hose it down as it might have become dusty, was very professional and friendly.
5. It's especially nice that all the staff smile as they take care of us and make us feel welcome and ready to help in anyway needed.
We will always give you an excellent recommendation but we hope we won't see you very soon with a damaged car! Thank you.
