I was very satisfied with my car repair at Arrowhead. The staff is very professional. Steve the estimator did an excellent job explaining the repair work and estimated time to complete. There was some additional damage that was not scene at the time of viewing the vehicle. Steve informed me that they had to order some additional parts and estimate a revised time schedule. I appreciated being kept informed. Arrowhead Body Shop provided me with several emails keeping me posted. This is my second repair job at Arrowhead.

I enjoy the fact that your reception area is neat and inviting, I think it reflects the rest of the operation. The fact that I was provided a loaner car qmwas conviniant also.
