Passenger door handle paint job isn't smooth. It is rough surface to touch.
It was raining at the time of pick up. So I couldn't really check.

Ok so i was happy untill 10 days later my light went out and brian says he will order a light and now we have not heard from him and last time we talked he said he would have to look at it to tell wether it is from the wreck or not. I know its from the wreck cause it was fine untill the wreck. Worst experience ive ever had. Was going to get more work done but will not go back there because of brian unless he is going to fix the light!!

I was very satisfied with Ralph Dorsi as he was very helpful and kept me informed about my vehicle. However, at pick up, I noticed two small dents in the area that was repaired. Mr. Dorsi adviced that I take the car for the evening and bring it back next week to be reassessed. Once I arrived home, I noticed more defects in the same area that may be attributed to bubbles in the paint or maybe where particles got underneath while drying, because I could feel little bumps throughout. I have since emailed Mr. Dorsi and will be revisiting the center in the morning. I also plan to make contact with the responsible insurance company, Liberty Mutual.
