Great job! Heather kept me posted every step of the way. While I was driving back I noticed two tiny little items... took it to the Service King in Collierville (my home town)and I believe Crystal came out looked at the two super tiny stops, Mr. Swords, no problem bring it by Monday and we’ll have that fixed up while you wait. I will give y’all 5 stars! Really mean it.

The Jackson, MS location is amazing. Mr. Jim provides the best customer service. He should train the Ridgeland location on what right looks like. I originally requested service at the Ridgeland location but the customer service was so bad that I was going to go to Barnett’s Body Shop. However, I decided to call the Jackson office for help. I’m glad I did & I will highly recommend Mr. Jim & staff at your Jackson location.
