I am missing my spare tire even though it was flat. On my front bumper there is a spot where you can hook up a tow point, which looks like it was pyred of and is missing. As well my alignment is off, my car pulls to the right.

The whole experience with Service King, Mount Moriah was exceptional. Jamelle and the others in the office where friendly, efficient, and helpful from the beginning to the end of the repair process. Furthermore, the technicians and mechanics did an excellent job with my Ford Escape. It looks as good as new! I also appreciate the extra touches like texts on progress almost daily, and the interior floor and mats being clean and vacuumed. You don't find service like this much anymore. Thank you!
