I was more than pleased with my experience at Service King. Doug Kramer handled my situation with great care and professionalism. My car was finished before I could blink an eye. The fact they went the extra mile to complete my car that evening shows great commitment and business ethics. My friend recently had his car worked on 2 different occasions with Service King and gave me Doug's name. Upon pickup, both sides daytime running lights did not work. Headlight on Passenger Side did not work...turns out that the lights were not connected. The radiator was not filled with antifreeze coolant, requiring nearly one gallon of coolant to fill up the system. There were two fasteners missing under the hood, one clamp improperly installed on air filter tube, one on fuse box assembly. The windshield and passenger side window had black over-spray on them, and required razor scraper to remove. I still have not been able to remove all the overspray. All total, I've spent an entire day making repairs. I expected quality service and am very, very disappointed. This was not five star service!
