Everyone there was really nice, friendly and very professional. Doug handled my vehicle and the first day I got there he helped me because I had everything confused from my conversation with USAA insurance. Also having the enterprise rental at the service center was great and saved me time and since USAA had taken care of that for me I didn't have to go anywhere else or wait. Service King completed my repairs ahead of the ten days they had quoted and my Escape looks brand new, plus it was extremely nice to have received my vehicle back washed and cleaned.
