Upon leaving work my car battery was dead. I had to wait an hour to get a jump start. My husband found the battery connections had not been tightened properly. This morning I tried to use the washer fluid to clean my wind shield and discovered it had not been refilled contrary to what I was told. Tonight when I get home I will check to see if they actually replaced the damaged reservoir as stated or if they merely neglected to refill it.
