Service King has made this process as supportive as possible for the customer. They are so well organized that we were able to pickup the rental car immediately after dropping off our damaged car, and this all happened in the same building- no irritating shuttle to an offsite location. Then they sent a daily text message to update us on the progress of our vehicle so that we did not have to contact them. We were pleasantly surprised that they were also able to complete the repairs so quickly and efficiently. Thank you Service King!
