I really appreciate how ****went above and beyond and to help us out and made sure we were satisfied with the repair work before we left the lot. Love how everyone really did an astounding job at making our wait time not so long!:)

Jessica or Jennifer needs a promotion. Im sure mechanics worked hard, but the guy that handles USAA claims is terrible with communication. Whole experience would be better if he gave timely call backs and not made excuses flr why something taking longer, and then after all this time still having to bring vehicle back. I don't want a phone call unless its from Jennifer/ Jessica or anyone other than Josh.
