No quality control , did not clean car interior or exterior ,broke window of car ,runs in clear coat ,gaps in molding !

It was not the service king representative that upset me and my wife. He tried his best to make things right.
It was the condition of the vehicle when I inspected it. There was dried wax stuck on the driver side passenger door, scratched mirror with divit and a part that I thought would be replaced but it was only repaired and showed a slight buckle where you can clearly see a bolt underneath.
After the accident there was an issue with the Bluetooth. The vehicle was sent to Dodge for an additional 3 days. I was told by the rep. That all it needed was reprogramming and
Dodge didn't have the time to fix it.
I was told to have it fixed the next time it taken in for an oil change. It started after the accident and should be addressed now!
After speaking with my wife we both agreed that this service king has lost its edge.
I have always brought my cars here and now were tempted to move on...
