I had a very tight window when I could bring my car in because I am traveling for work and vacation until the 21st of November so they said they could take it on a Tuesday and get it back to me on Thursday before all the traveling, this was excellent and they did keep their word. However, after I got home and inspected the work my bumper looks worse now than it did when I dropped it off. There are scratch marks and swirls all over! I now have to take my car back for polishing and buffing of a brand new, freshly painted, bumper. The inconvenience and the fact that they allowed me to pick up my car in that condition is beyond frustrating.

The repairs looked OK, however, when I picked up my car it wouldn't start. I have a new battery but I had to get a boost. I figured out that my headlights had been LEFT ON! VERY disappointing! More care needs to be taken when handling clients'vehicles.
