Only prob was that bumper was not same as one I had (did not have rubber guard on it but had a thin decal. Your shop is ordering correct piece. I'll have to make another trip to SK when it comes in.

The Service King staff member, Krystle Place, was very helpful, kept us informed on the status of the repair, and did not rush through explaining the work that was done. She is very knowledgeable about the process and customer service. Also, on the few times that I did call this location, every other employee that I spoke to was nice and welcoming.
