When I received my car back, my airbag light was on and my interior was filthy. I had just had it detailed before taking my vehicle in for repair. There was dust on my dash, floor mats were dirty in the front, white matter smeared on the interior of my front doors, back window was filthy. I did not have any indicator lights on when I dropped my car off. My overall repairs look great, my representative was very nice and provided great customer service. But, it was an inconvenience to have to return to service king to get the airbag light turned off and they did. It offer to detail the inside, very disappointing.

The communication was horrible. The car arrived there Friday no one communicated the a release authorization had to be filled out. So work on the car did not start till Tuesday and I had to call Tuesday to find this out. Then they stated car would be ready Wednesday of the following week after I called yet again that Tuesday before for a update. So I took a vacation day to make sure I had time to get car instead of rushing after work. Called back after not hearing anything all day around 1pm Wednesday and they stated they were waiting on a part and car would not be ready until Thursday. Good thing that came out of this the work they did was good. Car looks great. Just wished the other experience would have been the same.

My car was in the shop for almost 2 weeks and it should not have taken as long as it did. We got a message finally saying the parts were in and being sent to get painted. Well then we got another message a couple days later saying they were the wrong parts. Finally my car is done and I got it back today. The fender was replaced and the clips were also supposed to be replaced. Not sure they were.... my fender doesn't seem to be fully intact. I was told today that I am able to bring it back if needed
