Kellie went above and beyond to help me get my truck repaired. I can not say enough good things about her. My insurance had not sent the assignment for my vehicle to be be repaired, nor had they reserved me a rental car like I was told would be done. Kellie got on the phone called my insurance got the assignment sent over and got them to reserve me a rental car. She made my whole experience so easy and stress free.

Paint wasn’t blended to the rest of the body. I’ve got a 60k vehicle with 2-tone bumpers on the front and the rear now. New paint is cloudy and body lines don’t match. Fog light not secured to mount. Front crash/cruise sensors are not functioning. Was adamant at drop off that this was a problem and to not salvage the damaged sensors. It took a month to get this done so I hope it doesn’t take another month to correct these errors. This will 100% be corrected at none of my expense. Thanks.
