Not only did it take forever to complete the repairs, I am already having issues with my vehicle. I was given a rental by service king for the last few days of my repairs but that doesn’t change the fact that it took 3 weeks to be offered the rental.

Car parts and repairs were not available and repairs in a reasonable timeframe. Automatic text messages were sending incomplete status updates. There is no need for the representative to contact me. I have my car now. However I spent over $500.00 dollars in rental fees due to parts not ready available and time of repairs. Thank you.
