The only issue I had was that the texts to update me did not correspond to the actual calls. One said 13 days and one said 5. Big difference. Quality of work was great!

Only negative thing I can say is it would have been nice to have more updates on progress. 3 day repair took 7 days (counting weekend). It was due to part delay which is understandable but someone could have called to tell me rather than me having to call and ask.

The car looked clean on the outside. The inside was dusty and gritty...had to wash my hands once I got home. I had to vacuum, and wipe everything down. I was on the road and had a flat tire. The spare tools were taken apart & not in place and the spare location had glass & and a razorblade. I tried to get gas, the gas lever does not open.
