Kept the customer informed daily about the timing of completion of their vehicle. The only thing I didn't like, ask the customer if they want the old parts instead of throwing it on the back seat. Could have been held and placed in trunk. Good job

There was quite a few problems along the way. Ms. Lynn tried to fitlx some of the issues, I appreciate her efforts. However there were more issues, as of today I still need to bring my vehicle back for Servicing. I was totally dissatisfied with the service that I received due to lack of communication.
