What an AWESOME ???? and AMAZING ???? experience it was to work with ServiceKing for the first time. My representative Kristen was so pleasant and informative. She was persistent and personal every step of the way with updates and clear instructions dealing with the insurance claims and such. The store manager Mickey was outstanding with working with me in the stead of Kristen when she wasn’t available. This store is the example of great customer service and efficiency in a collision center context. Look forward to using this location again if I ever need this type of service again.

Customer service was subpar. Will not use Service King again and will not recommend Service King. I have filed a complaint with our inserance company as well. I will not and have not treated anyone the way the my wife was treated by the receptionist. Compleatly unexceptable. I have noticed several complaints about this same issue but but it still happens. Tells me managment does pay attention which makes me question thier quality of work.

Drove our month long repair home 8 miles. Brand new tire has a screw rammed into it. Air pressure sensor doesn’t say anything about no pressure. Repair station basically tells me it’s my fault. Can’t prove they didn’t do it. Won’t order me a new tire. Won’t even mount the tire after they plug it. Had to take it to discount tire where they patched the tire and remounted it FOR FREE. Never spending a dime with your company again. Not how you take care of customers.
