Loved the service and keeping me updated on the car . Only thing i would suggest is laying all the details out . My car received a body paint and i wasn’t informed that the bumpers(front and rear) wouldn’t be painted , the two tone color looks unprofessional . Also, if i needed to come out of pocket in order for my whole car to be painted i should of been told that .

Hit a Deer on 7 Jan. Was able to get an appt on 15 Jan. My truck was restored to new and returned to me on 20 Jan. It snowed twice that week, but they still got it done quick. I was texted throughout the whole process on the status. Never felt like I had to call them to find out when things were happening. Best Customer Service I have seen. Thanks.

We are 100% completely satisfied with the repair of our 2015 Cadillac SRX and the professional customer service @ Service King, 1635 Fort Campbell Blvd, Clarksville, TN. Shane Bennet is a true professional! He was our Service Advisor, and provided continuous updates throughout the 30+ day repair. GM was unable to provide all replacement parts in a timely manner, but Shane worked endlessly to coordinate and secure the parts, and work with Service King Repairmen and GM Dealerships to deliver our Cadillac as perfect it was before the 13 Nov 17 accident. If we ever require Body Work repairs in the future, we will only use this USAA Approved Service King location, and definitely request Shane coordinate the repairs. Thank you!
