Originally I felt I didn't understand process and forms required to sign...like the fine print (added couple of lines at bottom of form seemed sketchy) and didn't get calls back as promised. Once Blake took over all my questions were answered, calls returned and car looks great. Original contact was uncomfortable and o almost didn't leave my car.
