I have contacted John at Service King because when I picked up my car yesterday the plastic undercarriage was still in the trunk of my car and I thought it was supposed to be replaced and put back inside the front part of the vehicle. Please let me off this needs to be done or if it was replaced or what is going on with that.

My experience with Service King was great. The communication and updates on my car were regular and very helpful. I also felt very confident in the quality of work being done and that I would have no issues with the car upon completion of the repairs. Communication was great, and from what I can tell, my vehicle looks great. The only complaint was that I was below the “E” line on gas when we picked up the vehicle. I’m not sure how much gas was in it when it was dropped off, but I know it wasn’t that low.

The door has 2 dents with blue paint that was not there. One of door panels doesn’t look installed correctly it’s loose. There are greasy finger print stains all over the roof liner and visors. It looks like something wouldn’t go in correctly so it is scratched with a tool. Overall, very disappointed in the way the car was returned to me.
