Although Donnie, the receptionist, and everyone that we came into contact with at Service King we’re always very polite and courteous, I was very frustrated with the amount of time that it took! I know somethings are out of our control, however I was not able to see my husband off for his 9 month deployment because my vehicle wasn’t completed in time for me to make the 10 hour drive!

Donnie, gave exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. I never had to call and get a status, I was kept up to date in a timely manner and it was a nice personal touch to actually get updates from time to time from Donnie.
This is the second time that Donnie has helped me with a repair through Service King and his customer service skills are on point! I'm sure your other reps are good, but if have to use your service again I would request Donnie to work my repair claim.
