We were mostly satisfied. We found everyone to be professional, willing to listen and very thorough with the repair. However, several communication glitches ended up costing us a great deal of money in hotel rooms and general living expenses while away from home. This was based on using a wrong phone number and misunderstanding on both sides.

My only complaint w SK is the automated text system..got a text last Wedn saying my car was 53% complete then a phone call on Friday saying repairs had not been started. I was NOT happy. Very satisfied w the work done and you have a great staff. Thx, Brady!
