I was completely satisfied with the repairs done on my car but I was unsatisfied with the inside of my car afterwards. There were dirty smudges on the rug/hard surface on the driver side. There was also paint dust on the back seat, to include the rug/hard surface on the floor & door. I understand that Service King does not detail cars but I expected a better experience when it came to the experience as a whole. On a positive note, the Service King representative Forest rendered EXCEPTIONAL customer service, and because of that I would return (if need be) as well as suggest Service King to a friend.
