I was referred to this place by my insurance company and I would have rather waited an extra week, to get another collision center approved. Mike was the repair man, he did not update me AT ALL. He was also extremely rude every time I called. Only time I got any updates was when I called in myself to ask what was going on with my car, then immediately got a text message “update”
I would not refer this place to anybody. I have been in the insurance industry for 4 years now, this was my very own FIRST claim and he made it the worst. I wouldn’t wish this type of service to any of my clients. I was also accused of having “prior damage” to my car that WAS NOT FIXED, When I had not been involved in any another incidents. Overall, my experience with this location was not the best. Perhaps, if they worked on their customer service or how to treat people especially going through a claim process which is hectic enough as it is, this place could have gotten 5 stars.
