Overall I had good experience with service king, staffs are really friendly, updates about repair if my car are timely and communication is very efficient. The only thing is pickup and drop off rental car is not very efficient. I waited about 20 mins for shuttle to come and another 20 mins waiting for another person so that we could go to rental together. I prefer drop off or pick up at the same place so that we don't have to waste time in waiting for shuttle.

Steve and the gang at Service King were terrific!
They've gotten some bad reviews on Yelp, and I don't see why!
Not only was my car fixed expertly, but it was clean as a whistle!
AND when Steve pulled it around front, one of his coworkers noticed
a burned out tail light and fixed it! That's what I call Service!
