I do appreciate the help I received from the company but the only thing that has me confused is that the day I brought in the car I had only one complaint about the dangers to my vehicle besides the damage. At the time of meeting with one of the reps I had mentioned that my "door ajar" light would come on and that it has started once my accident occurred the light came on and it would cause me to not alarm my car with the key remote. After leaving the shop the light was still on. I do appologize but I was under the impression that it was an issue that would be resolved.

Renting the car was seamless and it's the easiest thing I've ever done in regards to repairing my car. I would recommend service king to anybody who had any auto body needs.
