Thank you for the great service. I was a little unhappy with the work that was done and you guys fixed it while I waited and listened to my concerns. Very friendly office staff and Steven the service writer was very helpful, listened to my requests and solved them. It's not very often that you get service where people listen! Another woman service writer (sorry I cannot remember her name) was also very helpful and listened to my concerns with patiences. Thank you. Once my car got to your shop at 32nd st and Bell, they were great. But your corporate office sent my vehicle to impound when I had it towed to you for repair. From there it took 4 days to get my car from impound just to begin the quote process and then repairs. My accident was February 1st and I just got my car today 2/24.
