Eric kept me informed of the progress of the repairs and the truck was ready two days early. The truck looks great and it was cleaned. I would use and recommend Service King again.

I couldn’t have felt more jerked around by your company. I brought the car in on a Tuesday. It was a simple job and there is NO good reason my car wasn’t done and and returned to me on Friday. I was told the shop “got busy” and I could not get my car back until Tuesday due to the long weekend. Tuesday when I called I found out that even more other jobs (that came in after my car was disassembled and just sitting) and it was going to be Wednesday. So based on a lack of caring or gross incompetence I paid for a rental 8 days instead of three.
