Steven handled everything with my truck so well! The repair took longer than expected but he was there to communicate everything clearly to me about what was happening with the repair and why it was taking so long. On receiving my truck back, it was not only repaired to perfection but the gas tank was full and the interior was spotless! He also worked around work schedule to communicate with me which I appreciate more than anything!

Even though my car was not ready on the given date, and Eric promised me but said they were over loaded with repairs my car came. Out perfect. I think that service king is so good that they need to have either more help or better management when a car is still usable before repairs. I certainly could have waited for a longer wait, but still would have had use of my car. Maybe they were afraid I would have taken my car someplace else which I assured him I would not. This is not meant as a criticism, just a helpful hint.
