When I got in my car the service engine light was on and the oil light was on as well. Neither of these were on prior to the accident. I will be dropping the car off on Monday morning so that this issue can be resolved. Despite returning it on Monday I felt it was important to go ahead and take care of the oil because my car's diagnostic system told me I had 0 percent oil life. Prior to the accident there was no warning light indicating an oil change was due. I am very disappointed that service King would say my car was ready to go and release it when I had two service lights on at the time of pickup, that were not on when the accidentoccurred.

I used to work at an auto shop myself so I know how it's like juggling many service customers. Jon Francis was outstanding, he kept me updated every step of the way, he informed me about how the insurance works with them, I hardly did anything and my car ended up perfect. Pricing however was a bit high for extra parts I wanted to add but those aren't their prices so I understood. Either than that the service was great.

I was advised that my car would be available on Friday 8/14. However much to my surprise I was called Wednesday 8/12 and advised my car was ready for pickup. Once there there were at least 15 spots (paint drips, chips, scratches) that were over looked. I did not take my keys back and advised to have the issues fixed. On Wednesday my wife and I had to rush from Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix for no reason. Today 8/14 my car was actually picked by my wife and brother in law since I needed my car back. Once I got home from work I looked over the work and have found that the lines of the trunk are off as there is a gap between the right side of the trunk and right rear fender that is not on the driver side. The original spots found on Wednesday have been corrected but the overall experience I can not give a rating of 10 if 10 is the best.
