Originally my car was supposed to be completed by the 27th of February! Did not get back until March 4th! Got a text from saying my car would be ready by 5 pm! Still had to wait for! I'm happy with my car being fixed! This is the 3rd time taking my car into service King! Very unhappy with finding pill wrappers and stickers on the back seat and floor boards! My car was there for 2 weeks! I will no longer do business with service king! I will go back to Unlimited Collision for further services in this matter! At least my car was washed and detailed! I'm still seeing black rubber from install on the outside! Very dissatisfied customer after 5 years!!

The hood does not fit perfect. It was attributed to the fact it was an aftermarket hood. When I first came to pick it up, it was very obvious. It was taken back to the shop and after a tech readjusted it, it was better, but not perfect.

From the moment I arrived I was greeted and welcomed with a smile. The service was very professional. And I loved that I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. But the best thing of all is that I didn't have to worry about calling the other insurance company, all was taken care of for me.
