Used components were installed on the tailgate of my truck. With the insurance company paying over $2,400 and myself paying a $500 deductible, brand new parts and components need to be installed! Especially with a newer model truck. The visual components noted are the tailgate cables plastic covering damaged as well as both cables starting to fray as a result. What other components installed are used? As a professional and a technician I find this completely unacceptable!

The service was excellent. It is so convenient having your insurance representative, your car rental service, and the collision repair center all together.
