Communication was lacking at times regarding the status of the vehicle. It ended up having to be completely nearly a week after estimated because new parts had to be ordered, but I wasn’t aware until I called and inquired. Also, there are still some small issues with the vehicle that need to be taken care of, but I’ve yet to have to time take it back in.
Overall, I was satisfied with the constant communication. That level of transparency was something I wasn’t expecting and it’s very much appreciated. The body work was done very well, so the small things being overlooked don’t really bother me as much, because the overall issues were fixed.

I was waiting for a call back from the service advisor that over saw work on my vehicle. I dropped it off with a full tank and received it back with ****/3 gone and 80 additional miles on my odometer. I would like an explanation and it to be made right. I called no more than 30 minutes after picking up my vehicle at 12:08pm. Only to be told the gentleman went to lunch and would call me back. I never received a call. Geico even estimated my vehicle and logged the mileage at time of drop off, proof of the 80mile odometer discrepancy.
