Omg, the staff was amazing. They kept me in loop via text message and a phone call. I've never been through this process and the made it easy for me to understand. I travel down that street where I saw service king. So after my accident that was the first place I thought of, it's funny because I didn't know the name, I would say the place with the yellow sign...lol so when my adjuster came and asked if I knew what shop I was going to, I said the one with a yellow sign. He said good choice, we deal with them alot so I was glad to hear that.whomever the owners please let them know that they were very professional and courteous

I went to pick up my car because I was told it was ready. When I went to look at the area where the damage occurred, there was still a dent. It took an additional week to get it fixed. I will never use Service King again and I will never refer anyone to Service King.
