Wow- Service King completely exceeded my expectations. My car looks completely brand new. When I picked my car up with my 5yr old, my son said momma your car looks brand new. Phil the rep that helped me went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. My car was detailed inside and out and with a full tank of gas. Taking 6 days to repair a rear bumper dent is way too long. I doubt very much that parts were ordered when I got the original estimate. It was very inconvenient to be without my car for 6 days. It should have been done in 3 days max.
