I would get the automated text that the car would be ready. I would call and be told it was in detail and would be ready the next day. This happened 2 or 3 times. A real lack of communication. It was very frustrating.

I appreciate your quick and thorough service. I will be honest, I was a little annoyed with my initial scheduled drop off as I was not told until I was at the service center that I could not drop my car off on a Friday because of my insurance company. This was something that could have been told to me prior to scheduling on a Friday and having to adjust my work schedule twice to drop it off for a second time.
