Interior rear of car where the storage bay is located is filthy with foot marks and dirt everywhere. Paint looks like it matches from some angles and other areas do not look like it blends with the actual car color.

I’m sure that my recent and first ever experience with Service King is no different from most all of your clients, but I would like to share with you my incredible satisfaction with your company. My typical experience with the service industry is that the level of service has declined over the years. More so over the last 15 years for sure. Service King however is the exact opposite. Your front desk was always prompt and polite, your estimator friendly and efficient, and the process of keeping me informed incredible. When I returned to get my car back, Julio my contact man, took his time explaining all the repairs that had been performed, including a few scratches buffed out that were not part of the accident repairs, I was really impressed with your company. I can’t recall having been treated this way in a long time. I have always been impressed with the treatment I get and my Lexus dealer, but you guys are even better, well accept for the snack bar at Lexus. Keep it up guys! Love Julio!
