The service was good. Everyone was very nice and answered any questions I had and helped put my mind at ease. It was the first time I ever had an accident and I didn't know what to expect but everyone at service King was very understanding. The only thing I would recommend is better communication on the delays if any. A couple times I was told the car would be ready but it wasn't and there wasn't a follow up to let me know there was a delay. Other than that the overall service was great.
