My experience with Service King was horrible. They charged my insurance 65 percent more than I could've gotten them for. I even gave them a copy of the purchase order price from another Mercedes dealership. The they quoted me 4 days for what took them 10 days. My insurance company had to pay all those extra days for my rental car. Never once did Service King take responsibility. It was always the parts houses fault. Had to order the same part three times. Never again with this bunch.

Paperwork wasnt ready when we got there. Had to wait 10 for it since nobody could locate the originals. In addition, bumper had to be rebuffed since it had a very noticeable scratch right in the middle of it. My wife and I wasted 45 minutes trying to get out of there.
