The gentleman I spoke with Nathanial was very nice and provided a lot of insight into the process of the repair. Unfortunately Im very disappointed in the general quality of the work. In addition to the two negligible pits I found on the fender I found one large paint blemish on the driver door right in the middle aswell as damage to the driver door panel in the form of a small cut in the leatherette that seems to have been made removing the trim. The inside trim on the B Pillar was also not clipped in. There were also for hinges and miscellaneous bits left inside the cup holder/console area. In short I thought the customer service was wonderful but from what I see after the fact makes me feel like this was an extremely rushed job and I feel like my vehicle was not treated with the least bit of respect.

One of the workers disconnected my DashCam. This smacks of dubious behavior, as if they don’t want us to see how they treated our property. It’s like when you call a business and they inform you the call might be recorded. The dash cam is in plain sight. I never even would have checked the footage if it weren’t suspicious! Why can’t people just understand they should behave professionally regardless of any cameras? Whoever disconnected the camera is scared to get caught saying something inappropriate or doing something wrong.
