Craig was really nice, helpful, and always available for questions. I appreciated the updates and his honesty.
Furman was also very nice and really went above and beyond to help me.

.I asked if the cost was much over my deductible if 500 dollars and was told yes the total was 509. I would of paid it and not used allstate if that was the case. As far as michael he was excellent very nice, worked to get car done quickly.very customer service oriented
