My car was collateral damage in someone else's accident last Friday. These guys took it in Tuesday afternoon, stayed late last on a Friday night to finish it up and we got the buggy back this morning! Professional, courteous and excellent work. Gary was great at pickup and drop off, Jeff at the shop kept me well informed! Expectations exceeded.

The extra area of repair that I had done on my jeep and paid for out-of-pocket was left with a paint chip so that was a little disappointing. The 25 minute wait for a rental car with one person in line was also a little disappointing. But I do have to say that the customer service was excellent.

You did not even come close to fixing my car. How are you in business at all? It’s obvious you want to “fix it again” and charge my insurance company more money. My car pulls to the right, requires 20 to 30 degrees of left steer to drive straight, and the body work is shoddy, with obvious areas that need to be painted. I am completely dissatisfied with this repair and I can’t believe anyone would accept this work as “repaired”. I did not even mention that the adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist are unavailable and there’s yellow fault lights indicating there are some major malfunctions with the car. I will be expressing my dissatisfaction to USAA and the better business bureau. Even if this was a joke it wouldn’t be funny.

After every conversation we were informed on when we would hear from them again.
