Communication is a huge part of anything. Your team certainly exceed that with updates on the status of my repair. Moises was very detailed and professional in dealing with me in person and in his text messages. It was great to be updated as things happened vs finding out after the fact. This was my first time with service king, and not that I want to come back, but if I need work done on my truck, based on the work you did you’re tops on my list and come highly recommended. People make the difference and Moises sets the bar high and lives up to that standard. They write songs about people like him. He’s an asset to your company.
