I made an appointment through GEICO and I was assured that a GEICO representative would be present for my initial inspection. When I arrived I was informed that the GEICO rep was out on vacation. I mentioned to the employee that helped me that the windshield on my vehicle needed to be replaced as Well. I was assured that he would communicate with geico rep. When I picked up my vehicle today my windshield was not replaced. When I mentioned that to the geico rep he stated nobody told him anything about that. Lack of communication on all ends.

When you call to say car is finished make sure you let Us know if all scheduled repair are complete and if not way so if we can we Call insurance co and try to see what the problem Was or is and if possible complete the repair before We pickup the car. That way we don't have to schedule Another repair and rent another car while car is in shop. Also if something is denied on repairs call so we can Call liability car insurance company and discuss it with them. None of this is your fault just wanted to give u feedback That might help in the future your service was great

I was told the repair to my vehicle was complete and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't. There were still gouges in the paint on the bumper and lift gate. I had already paid my deductible before they brought the vehicle out to me. I have left the vehicle at Service King and am still in the loaner vehicle.
