I was very satisfied. Repairs look good and service was good with everyone I dealt with except one person. The only complaint I have is that the lady working the front desk is not friendly AT ALL. Definitely needs to work on attitude and customer service skills and professionalism. Both over the phone and in person.

Harris was great! He was so ready and willingly to explain every step through the repair process. He personally assisted me when I was renting a car to ensure that I got what I needed. On top of all that, he also was able to complete the repair SO FAST. Very grateful to him and everyone at service king. My only complaint would be that I still haven’t received the $50 refund from my rental because gieco hasn’t approved the rental yet.
